Another "neat" feature I always like to add in the summary line is"
Report Library and Report Name.

You create it the same way: Calculated Field
I usually call my field name: Rpt_Name
Expression: Just 'click' your cursor into this field -then in
functions select Report-Name()-Then OK
Do the same for Report-Library()

Is there a way to print filtered date ranges in a report in Report Builder?
For example: I filter from 12/23/01 to 12/29/01. I want to print those dates
in the header of the report. Any ideas?

Yes...sort of. If you can live with the whole filter in the report then:

You have to add a calculated field.
Then from the functions box select REPORT-FILTER().
You can then place the newly created field in your report.

Otherwise:

You can add two calculated fields and use Min and Max to get
only the dates.

There is a function for calculated fields called "Report Filter()". To use
this, create a new calculated field name, call it "ReportFilter" and put in
the Report-Filter Function into the expression area. Then insert this field
into the page header of your report.
