Hello all, was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I have a employee who is unable to see the preview of Purchase orders. This problem started happening recently. The Team Member is still able to preview proposals however is unable to view Purchase Orders. It still generates them however the Team Member cant preview but can if you goto Systems Monitor and do it that way. Was wondering if anyone has had this experience before.
Just wondering if this issue follows the user to other workstations?
And if they already tried “Remove Defaults” via the report form?
I often have same issue. I close Epicor, go in c:\ ProgramData/Epicor and delete the folder present. (it gets recreated upon opening Epicor again) I am on premise…
It resolves the issue.
Try clearing the cache for the user.
