We are in the Gov Cloud and have issues with our large-format printers.
When printing 11x17 format reports and attachments we get several pages of 8.5x11 paper when using the Network Printer option. The printer maintenance entry is below:
When using the Client Printer option we get the expected 11x17. How do we get the Network Printer to adhere to the same rules as the client printer?
Check your app server’s printer properties/preferences…that can cause trouble with form size, portrait/landscape etc.
Here are the printer settings we have set on our in-house print server. Let me know if there is another spot we should be looking at.
They look right…check under both Printer Properties and Printer Preferences. There was something quirky where it had to be set in two different places on at least one of our printers.
Had success with just adjusting the paper height and paper width in Epicor Printer maintenance. A bit of trial and error sadly.
