I need to change the job nomenclature in the MRP process in Unfirm job or Firm job with several conditions on the job’s start hour, caused by work shift i need to create different job nomenclature. I want to change the job nomenclature when creating a job in the MRP process. How can I customize it? Can I do this through a Data Directive or a Method Directive?

I’m not sure one can change it, and if I am wrong, someone will correct me.
As an alternative, one could create a UD field and apply the logic there. One could then concatenate the value with the generated job number and display where needed. The problem with making this information available in a key field is that one could not change it later. One would have to delete the job and then recreate it.
