In the watched folder settings, there is an option to process only first n number of pages.
We donot have any similar kind of feature in the Email configurations editor. Can you please help to achieve the same feature for Email Input also.
@Chandrasekar - there is no editing/customization of the IDC or ECM Service apps you are looking at. These are handled by Ancora or Epicor internally and you are welcome to submit an Epicor Idea on the matter to see what can be done.
However, emails are treated as though they have attachments and the client only process the attachments into documents unless you check the bottom box to “Include EMail Body”. The watched folder does the same, but you trick it into consuming emails that were saved as files (as ECM likes all files for documents but can only OCR some file types).
