Process Set - Change User allocated

We have a Process Set that runs several BAQ reports on a daily basis.
The user who setup the Process Set has now left the company and if we disable their account the Process Set fails.
Is there a way to change the User Id the Process Set operates under over toe a Service account or the System Manager account?

I’ve done this before on system agent schedules using an updatable BAQ. I would assume the same can be done for process sets.

Just delete the task from the schedule, then schedule it again from another user. Preferably “manager” so you don’t run into the same issue.

I presume you have to login as “manager” to get it to set it to “manager”?

as long as the account you are logging in with has access to the system agent and the schedules, the task can be deleted. Should not need to be using the manager account to look at the task agent schedules.

Yeah you can do this with any security manager user. If you use the “manager” account, you never have to worry about it being tied to a specific user who might leave.
