Product Configurator in 803.305

I've been testing 305 this week and I've noticed some changes in the PC. I
*used* to be able to expand an assembly (phantom) and place rules on the lower
levels. This is useful because this assembly is used across several product
lines. In 803.305 however, this capability does not seem to work. Was it a bug
then? Now? I'll be calling support but I won't waste the time (ours or theirs)
if it's already been reported. I'd rather piggy-back on an existing request.
