Thinking about it further,
I would set up the production operations at 90 qty/parent.
But I would have the packaging operation (assuming it is your 2nd to last
operation) at a qty/parent of 1 (the operators record the number of boxes
they pack). Then your receiving/shipping operation would also have a
qty/parent of 1, receiving the number of boxes into stock.
