On many Epicor screens, once a Customer, Job, etc. has been entered, tabbing away from the text box will populate the rest of the controls, or at least some of them. A situation has arose in my world where it would be good to programmatically (C#) perform this tab function. What would you guys recommend for me to do in order to accomplish this? I am currently clicking on an EpiUltraGrid at the bottom of the screen and taking one of the columns of the selected row and populating it into a text box. I would then like to simultaneously do the tab thing.
After updating the text box, set it to have the focus, then set the next control in the tab sequence to have focus. Hopefully having focus and them losing it would trigger the functionality you get when “tabbing out” of a control.
