Thanks for the tips, Steve!
I am new to Progress 4GL. I have a language referance guide which I use, but often my questions are specific to Vantage, and not the 4GL code itself. However, that is not to say I don't get tripped-up with syntax all the time.
Question is, what resources are out there for help with 4GL coding and debugging? Are there other sites/user-groups anyone uses? Any repositories of code examples?
Would love a Progress 4GL UserGroup out there to use... anyone else?

Where did you get the language reference guide? I could use one of those.

Hello,
I would visit www.progresstalk.com there are alot of code examples that can
be helpful and you can post your questions. There is a site called
http://www.4gl.fr/download.htm which has alot of interesting 4gl programs. I
have been writing 4gl code for a few years strictly for Vantage 6.1. I also
attended the 4gl essentials class from Progress.com. Progress software also
offers an online training option which is extremely affordable. You have
access to over 50 classes regarding progress technologies with a 1yr
subscription. Also, I bought a book that helped me a lot call Making Good
Progress by John Campbell. This book was awesome and really helped fill in
the gaps. I think this is the only book on 4gl programming book out there.
The training material from my 4gl essentials class was top notch. This has
what helped over the years to write customizations for Vantage 6.1 MES and
other custom programs.
