Call support and send them the last couple of days of your log file.
Just cut and paste it in a notepad file.
Check your TS user configurations. Make sure your logoff settings are
not set to something like 5 minutes. Also check them Master RDP settings on
the Terminal server.

Now that I think about it it may be when we have more than one person in
parts - not both entering - just accessing while someone else is entering.
Also, the other person in Vantage yesterday when this happened was our
Controller - just looking at COA's.
We have Vantage 6.10.405 and Progress 9.1D06 on a Windows 2000 stand-alone
server we are accessing through Windows 2000 Terminal Services. I'm new and
forget to add this information when I ask a question - I'll try to be more
specific next time.

Using what hardware, Operating System Version, etc...
This is not normal at all, we run for months without rebooting, the database
should not crash at all.
