Error went away in our near-empty pilot env is all I know.
Imagine if they just fixed the underlying bugs so nothing needed to be fixed.

IMHO, upgrades applied to on-cadence customers in Production Live with such known bugs on critical functions is very risky. We ran into same issue testing Pilot 2025.2.7 and getting the duplicate PO error and advised by support “Open Conversion Workbench in Classic UI and run Conversion 790 Re-Initialize QuoteHed Customer CustCnt CRMCall POHeader Key Blocks”. Also, there is a reduced testing window of Pilot to Live for 2025.2.7 on-cadence customers. On-cadence Cloud is great fit for smaller (employee count) companies that have limited in-house Epicor IT related resources and why we made the choice. Glad there is a fix to this particlaur problem, but more responsiblities seem to keep coming our way. Overall, love working with the product since 2010 but seems to be some “rushing” of upgrades that are not fully ready.
