I’m just gonna throw out there that there is this extra Save button in this form and if you dont hit it, then no matter how many times you hit the regular Save your template won’t save. And you may or may not be on the verge of tears before you see it
Kind of like layers in Menu Maintenance – click “Apply” AND then save.
I’m used to Windows’ “Apply” which means “All good - everything is saved!”
If you can find someway to avoid this double save thing that would be amazing, I definitely spent a couple days trying to find any way to automatically click that button.
I think a lot of us at this point are seriously thinking about earning that traitor badge.

I’m still a toddler in Epicor, and we’re primarily Kinetic – I don’t know much about classic 
Last place I worked had a particular screen in its ticketing system that had something like this … type up the ticket and hit submit, but because you didn’t specifically Save one of the MOST IMPORTANT fields, it sent the ticket with that field blank

The big/main save button should save everything on the screen, imo
