If it wasn’t sending the surcharged charge, what was it sending?

And what do you mean surcharged charge? Are you saying that when you adjusted this setting, it started excluding charges that you actually needed?

Wow. This took us so long to figure out. Thank you so much for this information- this has been a huge headache for us using quickship, seeing overcharges from UPS. Fingers crossed this setting will help prevent it moving forward.

I apologize. this is what I get for not staying logged in consistenly and checking notifications.

in the response json:

TotalBilledFreightCharges = PubFreight
TotalFreightCharges = Discounted Freight

I don’t think either track directly with the surcharge duplicating, but this is how they are returned to the epicor fields. They would return higher with the duplicating bug.
