I have a fairly simple dashboard which we use in Classic and I’ve now generated as Kinetic. The Kinetic dashboard works as expected. It is a simple parent/child relationship between 2 BAQs, with the parent table (publisher) up top and the child table (subscriber) below.
I’m trying to learn more about Application Studio, and in this case, the “Pub Sub Setup”, specifically. According to the Kinetic App Studio Extensions User Guide, I should expect to see two buttons: “Guided Setup” and “Pub Sub Setup” on the Properties of either/both grids. But I only see the “Guided Setup” button under Properties. How do I find the “Pub Sub Setup” button?
I’ve sure never seen that button in the wild. Some features only show up in the browser. Not even the Kinetic forms within the smart client have all new features. That screenshot appears to be referring to an EDD view of some sort and not a panel grid.
To the best of my knowledge, you still have to do this manually.
