Thank you for your response. Do you use this same card when they enter data
on jobs completed, etc. or these cards are exclusively for clocking in and
out? Also, if you could give me an idea on hardware used by you or which one
would you recommend?

We wound up using a custom version of Ceasars data collection. One
licence, we customized it so that it worked with a single swipe. The
caveat is that they have to swipe one side to clock in the other side to
clock out. Works Very very well. The problem now is that I am stuck
on 5.0 until I can find Mark and have him recompile to current Versions.
But it does work nice.

Hello, group.
I have some PC's with keyboard wedges (barcode readers) in the shop as
data
collectors to primarily enable employees to clock in and out. I created
employee tags with barcodes so they can clock in, start activities
(indirect
only), end activities, and clock out. I have found some resistance in
the
process since some of them are just used to one process deal. Insert the
time card in the clock.
Does someone in the group have data collection working with magnetic
strip
cards or other similar solutions? If you have websites of the equipment
used
would be nice too.
