Purchase order history report

Hi Team,

I am brand new to Epicor and I’m trying to get a purchase order history that lists all products, qty & price.

Our system is in it’s infancy and we don’t have a items setup as inventory. The majority of items purchased are either rolled up from Jobs or ‘Other’ types.

Hoping this makes sense and there is something simple out there.

Are you looking for a report of all purchases or just for a single part?

Looking for all purchase orders.

Being new to the business and Epicor, I’m trying to extract the PO History data to establish a spend profile for specific sections of the business.

I don’t know of anything out of the box that will get you what you want. I believe you will have to create something custom to get what you want.

Thanks for your time. Yeah that’s what I thought.

Current plan is to extract the suppliers over the last 4 months and do a Supplier report to show what they have delivered. Very time consuming, but should work.
