Hi I work at the same place as Jeremy and I was wondering what transactions aren't posting for you -- ours are packing slips that were voided - so they go in and out in the same month and Epicor says it is because they are 0 transactions....

transaction appear month after month. I enter the date I am posting as
of and it shows corrected, but the next month they are there again. Any

We went to our training side and created a receipt back dated into June

Sure enough, the transaction PUR-STK was created with the June date ...
Then we did a capture and post for through 8-31-02 ... and the
Transaction
Date Verification screen popped up ... at which point we edited the date
of
the June transaction to put it back into August ...
Seems to have worked fine ...
So ... your folks should create August transactions which will wash ...
in
order to cancel out what they have done while trying to fix the problem
...
then .. when you capture for August ... you will be able to move the
June
transaction into August like you want it ...

We are also on 5.1, but purchasing says you cannot enter a date when you
reverse a receipt. She tried to reverse it and enter again, but both
were showing August. Where do you go to do an unreceive dated June?

Transactions can't be removed .... all we can do is create offsetting
transactions in the same period which cancel 'em out ...
We are on 5.1 ... so .. our method might not apply ... but we would do
an
unreceive dated June ... and then redo the receipt in August ...
Then we would check our AP Clearing in the Inventory/WIP Reconciliation
report ...
