Is there a screen that shows “Qualified Manufacturers” against our part number as view only?
I can only see it via the “Part/ Part Entry” screen, which is editable.

another easy option you can utilise in any screen/table which is controlling your field by simple BPM and Security group, so only users belong to specified group can change it,
