Quality Codes

We have quality codes that are customer specific. We have scanned the
information and have it stored on the server. How do other Vantage users
incorporate this into the system? The sales people need to have this when
they are writing new orders. We just are having trouble trying to figure
out the best way to use what we have scanned. Any help you can give would
be greatly appreciated.
