I have one shipment that is getting this Shipment Export not found error. It is an international shipment going to Mexico. I have opened a support ticket up there suggestion did not work. Any insight as to why this ONE shipment can’t generate international paperwork. thanks
how are your commodity codes looking on the parts involved and/or country of origin?
Commodity codes are all set up and the Country of Origin is US

Do you have access to the print logs? Is the data even being generated or is it just failing before it even prints?
I can’t even open the International Screen to print the paperwork. The error generates when I click on the menu item International Paperwork.
I figured it out. I unclicked the ship button in Quick Ship and then I could generate the paperwork

ah yeah. Once it’s shipped it won’t generate anything.
