Queue processors disconnected

Any cloud ECM users have their distributed queue servers disconnected right now?

I’m waiting for support to respond, but I’m wondering if I’m the only customer having this problem. Considering their slow response time, I’m guessing we aren’t the only ones.

I see clients connected on Cloud4. Are you able to restart the ECM Client on the local server? Is the ECM Client the latest version to match with ECM cloud?

Yeah, I’ve restarted services, and connected my laptop which is on the current version. There is usually a connection to their cloud server that does at least some of the processing that’s not their either.

Which cloud server?

Unfortunately, I have never heard of that cloud server and do not have any customers using it so I am unable to verify if their having issues.
