Does anyone out here use Quick Ship?
I set up my documents and the Export Pack Slip is not printing. It acts likes it prints but nothing comes out. Other forms are printing such as International Paperwork.
we are on prem.
Any thoughts?

Okay, there is a log for your quickship printers that shows issues with paperwork printing. Do you know how to access that log?
yes, I just looked at and I may know why.
It said the printer was invalid. I may have put the wrong one in when setting up the form. Just need to figure it out.

well the right printer is set up and my other documents are printing on that printer.
I’d throw a ticket in to the team.
I did and I had accidently selected the wrong form type for the Export pack List. it is working now.
