Curious if anyone else running Quick Ship SaaS or version 2025.1.8 has observed this bug/issue I just started a ticket for with Epicor.
Outline your issue:
- We have several users that use their email address to sign into Quick Ship rather than their username (e.g. they sign in with
anofsinger@[redacted].cominstead ofnofsinger_aw) - About a week ago - presumably a Quick Ship Live update (we’re on SaaS Quick Ship) - we began to observe that these users could no longer access Bill of Lading screen, nor the International Paperwork screen - maybe other screens too that we do not use normally. Their home screen menu was just missing those items.

Share steps already taken to resolve/reproduce your issue:
Login to Quick Ship at https://qs-REDACTED.epicorsaas.com/dist/#/home with a users email address (e.g. anofsinger@[redacted].com ) instead of their username (e.g. nofsinger_aw ). Observe that items are missing from the main menu.
