Quick way to import Quote.Partnum to Part Master?

Not in the baseline Vantage functionality. You will have to write a
customization to accomplish this.

We don't actually enter a part into Part Master until a quote is won and an order is generated. Is there a quick way to import the "ghost" part numbers from the quote into Part Master?
