A Progress routine could be written, run from a button on the VB Form 'QuoteDtl'
that would pass the Part Number from the current Quote LIne and search thru the QuoteDtl table, looking for a match, then return a Message displaying the results( either the exist' Quote Number-match found, or text to the effect of 'No match Found' ). We're on ver 6.10 , looks like you may also 'Customize' the 'Quote Line' screen to run the routine.
