Quote Markup Code by Price Break

We have a customer (SaaS) wanting to use different markup codes for each quantity break on a quote line. The field is there, and we can assign the codes, but the worksheet does NOT bring in the percentage defined at the Markup Code record. It leaves the Markup/Profit value at 0. The only Markup Code that works as expected is the one labeled as “System Default”.

Update… it doesn’t leave the Markup/Profit value a 0… it leaves the Markup/Profit percentage at the same value of the previous record.

Anyone else using this functionality and seeing a different result?

I have a customer having the same issue, Ernie. I wish I had a solution but will be eagerly awaiting a response from someone who can help us out.

Did anyone ever get an explanation or figure out a solution for this? We are having the same problem.
