Hello: We are on 8.03.408, and are experiencing something that can either be "by design" or a bug and I am hoping that someone can at least verify that they are experiencing the same thing.
When we create a SO and then select File/New Line from Quote, enter quote # & Line #, the system pulls the quote information into the SO, but will not allow the line to be saved. We determined that a line miscellaneous charge is the problem. If the line misc. chanrge is deleted from the quote and the steps are repeated, the SO line can be saved. However, this is problematic since we often have quotes that have line specific miscellaneous charges that need to be pulled into the sales order.
