We have some items that are on multiple price lists. When we enter an item into the quote it only gives one choice of pricelists. The one that is showing is the pricelist that is the top of the Hierarchy in the customer pricelists. There is no other choice in the dropdown. We are having to put pricing in manually. I was working on Friday and not on Monday. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Whatâs the end date on the price lists that arenât showing up? Maybe the end date was last Friday?

Thatâs how price lists work off a hierarchy.
Cust ShipTo 1st > Cust 2nd > Cust Group 3rd > Part Sales Price 4th
They will used with the first (lowest seq) and then on down the lists in the order shown.
The problem is it isnât going down the list. It is only showing the 1st choice. It isnât picking up on the second or third pricelist.
The fact it disappeared âovernightâ does make it sound like a date issue, although I canât think how. Maybe just try adding an end date way in the future as a test?
Otherwise it might be helpful to add some more information such as the type of price list (Unit Price/Discount), do you attach directly to customer or via customer group, how many price lists in the hierarchy are we talking about, hopefully might give someone an idea.

You are correct. This is the field that has the issue. I did try the end date in the future. That didnât do anything. The price lists are mostly Discount% but they are mixed between Discount and Unit Price. We attach directly to each customer. There are normally just two in the dropdown. When I check the override it shows a block that says, âNo Data Foundâ. We had the Third upgrade to 25.2 overnight and the same issue is present. Thanks
Weâre seeing something similar in Sales Order Entry right now - just jumped to 2025.1.11 Kinetic cloud.
I think this is a bug after the recent upgrades pushed out on the SaaS enviroments. This was working correctly before the upgrades, and the very next day it was broken. Im seeing several different customers reoorting the same thing. The Overide Price List functionality in the drop down field was showing the entire list of Price List available to that customer and now you get a No Data Return and only the top Seq pirce list showing up.
