The past two days we have had some weird things happen in the quote entry. First, when we send the quote to the next step, it seems to go out of order and the next person is unable to view it. For instance, when it leaves the CSR it can go to Engineering. However, it shows Engineering but it goes to Art.
Thoughts? I seem to be the only one in the whole plant that can complete every quote, an everyone else is hit and miss on completing. Sometimes the complete button and everything is else is greyed out for all the other users, except me.
