Is there a way to get this calculated field to display the correct number of decimal places? The rdd shows that it should be 2 decimal places but when I try to use the field in a routing rule it always displays 9 decimal places. This is the same for all of the customer statement balance fields.
I tried changing the format, data type and business type and it either ignores my format or gives the error “Object must be of type String”.
I assume your routing rule is sending an email? I would offer that you should not use those values in emails. A BPM can provide this though. At this point it does not work as you intended. Issue an enhancement request.
@YGT, Lina, how did you get PILOT to appear on your banner?
I created a custom theme by copying one of the existing themes. I made the PILOT image in excel and applied it to the header.
I suggest saving the theme in your production environment as well so that it does not get deleted when you overwrite Pilot.
