I've contacted Epicor about this and their response was to just 'recreate' the style. So I made a new style that had all the same properties / name / etc. and then the report form had the new report style available in the drop down with no additional steps to assign.

I have a question regarding RDD Styles, more specifically the Customer Statements report. I have copied the .RPT file and the RDD and made changes to these. Normally I would look up the Report Style and add a new style with the newly altered report and RDD. However I notice that there is no Customer Statement report listed in the Report Styles list, also when I click the report style drop down in the report print form it is blank. I've went in a created a new Report/Report style but I'm not aware how to tie it to the Epicor.Mfg.UIRpt.CustomerStatement.dll that is being used for the menu item.
So my question would be how do I add a new report/report style to the menu? Or How do I add a new style to a report that is not listed in the report styles?

Thanks for the response, however I do not have that style listed in Epicor. Now I am assuming some type of error has occured where I have lost this style? Has this happened to any else?
What would be the best avenue to replace/reset this style?
