Receipt Entry - Inspection Required

Qualified Manufacturer has an inspection required checkbox which most likely inherits to the receipt.

 

Field is PartXrefMfg.InspectionReq 

 

We're on 9.05.702a

We currently do not own or ever have owned the QA model, but so how on the Purchase Order the "Inspection Required" box was checked, and now the Purchaser is unable to complete the receipt entry because this box is checked in receipt entry.


How does this box checked if it's grayed out and we don't own the QA module?

I would say its a glitch. Ive seen that with

The inspection required box can not only be checked on a PO basis, but also could be specified in your Part Class table.  You may want to check all of your Classes to be sure you don't have the Inspection Required box checked at that level.  If you do, it would be greyed out on the PO...so I'm guessing that's what happened.  Hope that helps!
