Does anyone have experience with PUR-INS receipt not showing up in inspection? I have a receipt where the header rcvhdr shows PUR-INS but the detail does not have InspectionRequired checked and it does not show in the to be inspected selection. Does the part need to have inspection required checked?
If you see a PUR-INS transaction in PartTran then the corresponding RcvDtl transaction should have RcvDtl.PendingInspection checked and that makes it visible in Inspection Pending/Processing. If it’s not checked then most likely the record has already been inspected and you should see an INS-XXX transaction.
Yes! Two weeks ago! But never before that.
I fixed it with DMT.
As I said to my user:
For future reference, Inspection Processing is fueled by a simple true/false field on the receipt itself.
Presumably it’s “Inspection Pending” but I set both of these to true (both were false).
I’d recommend checking only “update” (and thus you would UNcheck “add new”).
And that put it in inspection:
I’m trying to find where that records used by Inspection Pending Report are stored. I see the PO Receipts inspection pending is in RcvDtl, but I cannot find where RMA Inspection Pending resides (if it’s in NonConf, i see tranaction number but the RMA number is blank even though it shows on the report). Also, the other categories…Inventory, Materials, and Operations inspection pending.
