Ah, but you are on a form with a BAQ view… I thought you were using a dashboard because you’re posting on a thread called “Refresh Kinetic Dashboard after Custom Action.”
Remove the parenthesis from the Where clause. Everything else looks fine (assuming the cut off portion looks similar)

Sorry @utaylor this thread had the closest answers for using the BAQ widget in terms of refreshing a view of some kind.
I could have sworn I wrote the where clause in every possible way with or without the parenthesis, and yet this worked instantly
