How do I resolved this error so that I can run “refresh part quantities and allocations”?
Error:UOM conversion factors are zero for some parts. Please review and correct before continuing.
Have you already tried any queries to locate possible sources?
e.g. tables Part, PartUOM, UOMClass, UOMConv, etc…?
I think you can filter the parts selected. So run it on various parts to find the offending part.
And the root cause is most likely the creation of a part with a PartNum previously used as a POTF
