Hello,
I have juste noticed that amongst all rejected maintenance requests, there are over 70 of them that have an ‘open’ checked status.
I always thought once rejected, the request would be in a closed state.
I tried to just delete them with no success, it is saying “Cannot delete once any activity has occurred.”
What activity?.. it got rejected. I have over 700 rejected requests with open = false…
How can I change their status from open to closed? Moreover I would like to understand why the requests are not closed upon rejection?
