Subject: RE: [Vantage] Reorder Qty's for Manufactured Parts
Is the "Non-Stocked" box in the part master checked. ?
Most of our manufactured parts are produced when an order is received from a
customer. But we do have a few parts that we like to keep in inventory,
that we manufacture. For one particular part, we set the minimum on hand
qty at 500. Our on hand qty went down to 430. But there was no suggestion
for order entry to release a job order to replenish stock. Is there
something I am missing? I tried running the generate suggestions, but that
only triggered purchased parts. What triggers manufactured parts?
