Replacing Grid with BAQ - How to map other fields

Hi all,

I have replaced the standard Grid in the AP Invoice Entry with a BAQ Grid as the Finance department needed some additional fields in the Grid.

Now the Grid is perfect but when selecting a row in the Grid, it does not update the Suimmary and Header Tab in the Invoice Entry screen. Is there an easy way to map the different views or do I need to map all fields to the BAQ data?

Add UD fields from other BO in grid

This is what I would do. It takes 10 lines of code to add any column from other tables to that grid. I created a ui customization just to repurpose one of the hidden columns. I also created a BPM that populates that column with the information that I want. On my example, I wanted to display the JobHead.JobRelease flag. I hope this helps JobSchedBoard.docx (165.9 KB)

Thanks Al for replying. Adding the column was not the challenge but ensuring that all other fields were linked as well was the trick. I have left the original grid and made it invisible and added a script to select the row in original grid to update all other fields. All is working now
