Hello, we are currently having issues since moving to kinetic, previously it was setup that when a pack was marked as shipped it would print a delivery note to a set printer, we have carried the same solution up while utilising the Edge Agent we are noticing however sometimes the delivery note might take three minutes to print and sometimes it dosent even print
