Report Builder Date Format (6.1)

Todays dumb question,

I run a Report Builder report via Report Builder and the dates show in DMY
format (which is what I want).
If I run the same report through Vantage menu, dates show as MDY format (not
what I want).

Both .mfg files point to the same .pf file which contains the "-d dmy"
parameter.

Any ideas what I'm missing?
