It looks like it links to the GLSyst table and uses CurrentFiscalYear and
CurrentFiscalPeriod to determine its current & previous month & year. In
my test database that I ran it against, those are set to 2000 and
02. Looks like they are set to the period following the last one closed in
your GL. So if you don't close periods regularly, they may be way behind.
