Hi Kristine. Did you find a resolution for the 10.2.600 reports hanging until the system monitor is opened?

@Jason_CTS - no solution other than we gave everyone menu access to open the system monitor with instructions the first thing you do each time you log in is to open the system monitor so you can get your reports.

We tried to set the flag in the sysconfg file to true to start the system monitor value as well.

Hope Epicor will have this corrected in a future patch/release
