Reports scheduled via the System Task agent are showing up in the History Tasks tab in the system monitor and Status is complete, however, they are not printing

We have a user that has several shop load reports that are scheduled to run via the Task agent (Sunday 6:00 PM schedule) . They have always printed and been ready for distribution on Monday morning. However, the last 2 Sundays they have not printed. The task agent shows the Status is Complete, but there are no reports. Her first thought was to go to the reports tab and preview and print from there, but they are not available there.
So I’ve had to access her XML’s through Crystal reports and print them out individually.

We did a test this morning on a different report and picked a 10:30 am schedule. This report printed fine.
So I went in and changed the (Sunday 6:00 pm schedule’s next run date/time to 1:30 pm today. Again they showed up in the history tab, but did not print.
She was recently upgraded to Windows 10. Would this create this sort of an issue and how do we fix it, or does she have to recreated each report in the schedule?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Carol,
Could you verify that both the 32 and 64bit Crystal Report runtime engines are install on the upgraded OS?
We had a similar issue and it was due to not having one of those report engines.
