Reprinting Invioces

Thanks - She thinks that will do it. We did not notice that check box in
the GL module configuration for interfaces. Now it does not automatically
ask "Print & Post Group".

If you have the AR vouchers checkbox OFF, then printing a group does not
automatically post the group and you can re-print a group as many times as
you want prior to posting it. With the AR vouchers checkbox on, printing
the group also posts the group. After the group is posted, I don't know of
a way to reprint the entire group.

Our A/R person is very disturbed by the "Post&Print" for invoices with no
way to reprint when the printer messes up. Is there a method to reprinting
a whole group of invoices within Vantage (without having to select them one
by one)?

For now I have used Crystal Reports to distribute the ARFORM.RPT and loaded
it on her PC in the favorites area. As long as she has not trashed the .dbf
files this can access them and print again. BTW - our ARFORM.RPT is pretty
havily modified to print on the old DCC-Classic tractor feed forms, but this
should not matter if there was a way from within Vantage to reprint them.
