You can see in one of my attachment the are submitted to purchasing.
That is my issue purchasing cannot see the orders pending to select for creation of purchase order.

Miguel, my guess is there is probably something wrong with those Requisitions that is preventing the Suggestion from being created.
Can you share the Lines tab of one of the Requistions that are not working?

Thank you for your assistance. Finally figured out that the Requisition action had to be checked for Send To Purchasing instead of Mandatory Action.
I works as expected.
