I was wondering if anyone can help with what the respite calendar is and what it is used for as my company doesn’t seem to be using it and looks handy
@Kerri Are you using the Epicor vertical product for care facilities? If so, it may help folks if you update your profile to show you are using the vertical product.
I don’t know of anyone else here (that posts regularly) who is using it and can help you. AFAIK, that calendar is not in the general Kinetic product.
But from the column description, it looks like it would be used to schedule the occupancy of accommodations categorized as Respite care (versus general or memory care). Many facilities offer respite care accommodations for folks who are post-hospitalization but have no one to stay with or to look after them.
