Resting Starting Sequence Number for Tasks

We are just now going to start using cases. We have an external system (we call it applications) that we are going to import data into Epicor with as a case. Each application has a number and our hope is to set the Epicor case number to match the application number. Case starting sequence is 1 so it works just fine for the initial test load. As we find problems with the data, we delete the case data and rerun DMT. Of course, the current system case number is no longer 1, it is one more than the total number of cases loaded last time. I have searched the forum and found several good posts on resetting current sequence numbers. I have searched through all of the tables but cannot find the sequence number for cases. These are the tables I have looked through:

I also read others were able to have Epicor provide a datafix, but 2 cases later, no help from Epicor.

Are you deleting the Cases? If you aren’t you are going to be out of Luck since the key is derived from the lastCaseNum+1

However ERP.KeyLast holds the last sequence. But it gets rebuilt… off the last CaseNum so again if you aren’t deleting those cases you won’t get very far.

Yes, we are deleting the cases each time until we get the data right. Once we finally get a clean run in test, we will go live into production.
