Return Shipping Label

We have a request for when a customer plans to return material for us to review for a QC issue on an RMA that we provide them with a UPS return shipping label. We have Manifest but weren’t sure if that was an option or if QuickShip provides a better solution. We enter in all of the RMA pieces so have all of that setup

Lindsay, It’s been a while since I’ve done this. The option to create a shipping label is within Quickship, I believe it is called a UPS Call Tag. Search within help for the steps.

Thank you. I’ll have to look into it. We are looking to install quick ship on our testing environment so maybe something we can include as part of that review.
