I am testing and documenting processes proir to a January 1 go-live
date and have made it to rework. I have idenified the trigger points
(shop error, vendor error, customer return, etc.) and we know the end
result we want. I wonder if someone has a tested process we can borrow
from. i have tried a couple processes that are at best clumsy.
